To troubleshoot your problem today, we will need to remotely access your computer and may need to access/view protected health information via your MyoVision patient database.  We will not use or disclose this information other than as permitted or required by law and will adhere to HIPAA Security Rules. Any protected health information that is transferred to our server will be removed and deleted immediately ending the support session.
